I don’t know about you, but I need to some major spring inspiration!
This is so crazy that it’s the first day of spring and here we are… not leaving the house! One day I’ll look back on this blog post and read these words and be like, wow, that was… wild? Right? I hope so.
So I’m throwing out all the spring recipes I’m looking forward to making – and hopefully sharing with friends and family! – soon.
As of right now, I’m still able to get fresh produce. So many of my seasonal recipes focus on fresh produce, but guess what? You could totally use frozen! Use what you can and sub in something else that you have at the moment.

It’s lavender season! Lavender iced coffee please.
And lavender glazed banana bread.
Give me all the cashew blue cheese dip.
This one pot asparagus mascarpone pasta is so creamy and delish.
So is this asparagus quiche with hash brown crust.
Speaking of quiche? Burst tomato, goat cheese prosciutto quiche! Make it for breakfast or dinner.
Back to asparagus for a hot minute… in a croque madame.
Bacon roasted carrots! Try ’em.
Love a good spring cobb salad.
Or a bright spring nicoise.
I’m always craving artichoke burrata pizza with lemon basil pesto.
And ricotta gnocchi with asparagus pesto. It makes me so happy.
Say hello to carrot cake bread with nutella cream cheese frosting! OMG.
Coconut coffee cake! It’s so darn good.
So is this greek yogurt lemon loaf.
And this chocolate dragonfruit cake.
P.S. if we ever get to entertain friends again… mimosa punch for the WIN.
