Hello sunshine!! It anyone else super excited to turn the clocks ahead this weekend? It’s the little things…

This week on the blog, I shared these amazing french onion chicken lasagna roll ups! They are loaded with flavor. I also made this blackened shrimp kale salad (delish) and this pretzel focaccia with dijon beer cheese. Plus you can also find a new post on what to eat this week, along with a new week in the life post! Oh and I also shared a bunch of recipes to make for Saint Patrick’s Day.

What I’m loving this week:

Potato pizza with kale pesto! Yum.

I live for a smash burger.

Teriyaki pork meatballs sound amazing.

Very into this homemade fig syrup.

Aglio e olio cauliflower gnocchi! Craving that.

Dying over these chocolate chip cookies.

And these oatmeal chocolate chip cookies with tahini!

Overnight baked banana bread oatmeal. Oooh yes.

Love these sticky miso roasted carrots.

Vanilla orange cardamom rolls. Love these.

This blackened fish looks so good.

Instant pot corned beef. Makes me want to try.
