Mini No-Bake Cheesecakes
Let's make no-bake cheesecake in a muffin pan! I was skeptical at first. Won't they stick to the liners? And how will the filling set up without baking? This works! Using only a few basic and delicious ingredients, they set up beautifully in the refrigerator and taste wonderful plain or with an array of toppings. Like cheesecake mousse, but even better.
