All winter-long I pine for the bright, sunny (even sweaty) headiness of summer. But two months into “Feels like 101 degrees” weather, and I’m longing for autumn—the cool temps, chunky knit sweaters, fuzzy blankets, and heavy socks.
Completing the crisp-weather picture in my head—are the deliciously cozy aromas that fall brings: spicy cinnamon, comforting vanilla, and earthy pine (also, pumpkin bread, anyone?)…all the rich aromas that make you want to curl up with a good book and watch the leaves drift.
