Hello hello and happy 4th of July!

This week on the blog, I shared these delish zucchini ribbon skewers with spicy lemon butter! I also made these caramelized onion smash burgers, a super festive triple berry chickpea crunch salad and embarrassingly easy mojito soaked watermelon wedges. Plus, summer fridays!
