Summer Fridays, Vol 4.

This is the biggest summer friday there is – one before the 4th of July! What are you enjoying this weekend?

EATING

My smash burgers, for sure. I’m also going to make my grilled broccoli crunch salad – it is SO good. Oh and this panzanella salad. It is seriously the best panzanella there is!

DRINKING

Fresh peach gin and tonics! And probably lemonade froze? And maybe an orange crush!

MAKING

My cantaloupe prosciutto skewers which are perfect for snacking! I’ve also been making a version of this brown butter garden pasta for dinner.

BAKING

Firecracker cupcakes! These are confetti cupcakes with cream cheese frosting and poprocks. Total winner. And this isn’t baking… but it is a treat: make this red white and blue party snack mix for the weekend.

CRAVING

These grilled peaches with lavender honey and whipped ricotta. OMG.

READING

WATCHING

Hamilton on Disney+!!! Definitely have a watch party with my mom today, ha.

LISTENING

To our 4th of July weekend playlist. Woohoo.

WEARING

It’s no secret that I love Rails shirts -but their summer versions are so light and airy and wonderful! Perfect to throw over as the day cools off. This rainbow stripe is my favorite, but I also have the metallic shells one and it’s so cute.

LOVING

This tan lines candle. I found it in Nantucket this year and it is just the best summer scent ever.

BUYING

I’ve been eyeing the Estelle lavender stemless wine glasses all month. Bit the bullet last night and bought them. My dream is to have a ton of white shelves and alllll the colors on the shelves!
