Magical Chocolate Pie (Chess Pie)
Welcome to Day 1 in Sally's Pie Week! This week I'm sharing 5 new pie recipes in a row. We're beginning the week with the most magical chocolate pie you'll ever taste. A hybrid of chess pie and fudge brownies, this unbelievably rich chocolate pie rises like a soufflé in the oven, then falls as it cools which creates a crackly meringue-like topping. I love this pie in homemade buttery pie crust and served with fresh whipped cream on top.
